Our Group Fitness program consists of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. We use a number of fitness elements to improve all aspects of your health and fitness to get you in the best shape of your life. Your strength, stamina, speed, balance, coordination and flexibility will all improve substantially once you begin our Fitness program.

Sam Limpert began his CrossFitting journey more than three years ago. Originally just spending two years to improve his own skills as a CrossFitter, he eventually grew to learn that he took a lot of enjoyment in sharing tips with other athletes to help them improve as well.
